Happy Saturday!

It's been a pretty laid back day. Yay!

Mike had to work this morning and he got up at 4:00. I actually went back to sleep and managed to sleep a little longer. I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. I took my shower and had my breakfast.

Today's housework - washed the dishes and made the bed. Yep, that's it.

I spent the rest of the day reading and working on my puzzle. I just finished "Double Cross", so I'm ready to start "Cross Country". Here's the puzzle progress:

I finally decided to sort by shape even though I still have pieces on the card table. I just couldn't take it anymore!

Now I'm ready to wind down for the day and hopefully will sleep well tonight.

1. Nutrition: okay
2. Fitness: Day 83 - Lift & Shift: High Intensity Interval Resistance Training. Final day of this program. Next week is a Recovery week with lighter Jessica Smith workouts and then I'm starting Barre Blend (again - what can I say, it's a program that I love!) on the 28th.
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; finished "Double Cross" and worked on my puzzle; phone time was good

Tomorrow - church in the morning and then who knows. Mike can't decide where to go to eat yet.
