Monday June 16, 2021 Journal/log entry

Monday, June 14, 2021

Weather: Cloudy, blah, and dreary all day today. Some sunshine, but mostly rain all day. We really needed it. Temp about 67 degrees with 78% humidity blah.

Sunday's log: Had a really good day on Sunday. I was up early and wrote in my journal/log. Did some reading, and housework. At 10:00 I walked over to the Farmer's market and picked up some real maple syrup, strawberries, and kettle corn. Tried to do some reading outside but it was too hot in the sun. Moved up to the coffee shop and read there outside enjoying an iced mocha.

Came home and worked on more reading, and writing, and housework

Goal log: got all my goals done

Exercise log: 45 minutes of walking

Reading log: Battle for Atlantis, Phantom Atlas, Thought Forms, and Psychogens, Mysteries of Science, The Spark

Weekly Check in: Last week went well. I was up early most days and out the door. Didn't get any swims in but got 5 walks in. Got all my other goals done as well.

My goals for this week are:

90 minutes of housework
14 hours of reading
14 hours of learning
14 hours of writing
270 minutes of exercise
writing in my journald/log
getting in 5 walks, and 1 swim
getting out every day

We did it. My state reached 80.2 % of vaccinated adults. The first in the nation to do so. As of June 15th We will no longer have restrictions. We still have to wear masks in stores that are posted, hospitals, daycares, and on the busses. Also in most doctor's offices. I'm so happy I'm giddy right now. I know that we still have a long ways to go though before we're entirely back to normal, but baby steps.

👍🏻 It feels like we’ll never be back to normal, but we will get there eventually.
