I'm slowly making the change over to the new Spark 360. I love the podcasts on Spark Unplug. I'm learning through this page how to destress each and every day. Today's practice on GRACE really helped me to focus on nourishment rather than depletion.
I love the mindfulness podcasts in Spark360 Healthy Living.

Gathering attention on my "home base"
Recalling intention
Attuning to others and self (how am I and how do I want to be perceived)
Considering what will serve me. I cannot give from an empty well.
Ending and going into the day. What is needed to support me the best?
Ethical ending and engagement. Clarity of my intention and taking actions in my world.

I haven't found the food tracker yet, but I found the fitness tracker on the Spark360 Fitness Game.

I'm taking the time to find one wise action to take today. My action is putting one foot into the new Spark360 while enjoying SparkPeople. I hope that you will do the same!
