Friday June 11, 2021 Journal/log entry

Friday, June 11, 2021

Weather: Overcasted and blah outside. One of those days you hated being at camp when you were younger. It was a little chilly as well 65 degrees. The sun didn't come out at all, and there was a chill in the air.

Thursday's log: Thursday went well. I was up early and wrote in my morning pages. I've got so many notebooks I need to use up I'm going to write in there, plus I feel a little freer divulging all my secrets in these journals knowing they are going in the shredder when I'm done. Also I'm not use to my computer's keyboard yet, and can't seem to get my typing fingers going.

At 10:00 I left to go pick up my prescription. That store was busy, and the pharmacist didn't seem to see me at first, I am kind of short, and was standing behind a taller man someone else was helping. She must have heard when I mumbled something about being invisible. She finally got my prescription, and I picked up a couple of other things.

Caught the bus going back into Winooski, and stopped at Commodities Market for some half and half, chicken and other stuff.

Then came on home. It was a nice brisk walk, and I didn't feel like I was pushing through a swamp.

Goal log: Got all my goals done but the writing, and housework

Exercise log: 45 minute walk

Reading log: Assault on Atlantis, TrailWalker, Phantom Atlas, Mysteries of Science, Overcoming Procrastination

My goals for Friday are:

15 minutes of housework
2 hours of reading
2 hours of learning
2 hours of writing
45 minutes of exercise
writing in my journal/log
getting up at or before 8:00
getting outside
getting in a walk

I wish we could have a chilly day with low humidity. It’s nice and toasty where I live. At least you got out and got some chores done, even if the pharmacist was rude.
