Long hours=poor nutrition

Since I have returned to tracking I am much more conscious of what I am cooking and eating. As a result I use my crock pot a lot less. The good thing is I am not making large quantities of good that I feel compelled to eat. The bad thing is I find it difficult to cook in the middle of things. Even having a salad base ready didn't drive me to the kitchen today. So I had a 13 hour day with 2 30g protein drinks and two servings of peanut butter filled pretzels. This is in no way ideal. I have been doing intermittent fasting so I try to only consume calories between 10a and 10p. Have to develop a contingency plan.
