Last week a friend suggested that the chatter in your head is a distraction and you need to stay present/mindful and keep it at bay. i.e. Think about nothing. This is where we find our greatest peace. A doctor said the same to me yesterday. Minimize stress and negative emotions. Think about nothing and don't let your mind race off into yesterday or tomorrow. Simply focus on what you are doing now.
Today has been a good day. I got some exercise. I ate healthy. Did some core exercises. I tackled multiple items on my to do list vs. procrastinating. I smiled.
So much is going on here with my sparkfriends. I'm going to take my time, stay connected with my sparkfriends and then make a decision on how I move forward. Like many of you, I want to stay connected with others too and want time to think about the best way to do this.
Part of my decision is to go to the new platform. I find it helpful. Do check out SparkGuy's blog. It explains the reasons for the change and plans for Spark 360 features that are not yet up and running.
I'm determined to stay positive, and to go forward with my journey. I wish you the same as each of you choose your way forward, as well. Be happy no matter what you do.
