6th June 2021 - days 13 and 14

Yesterday and today have been other good days where I keep sticking to my 10 hour eating plan thankfully. I have had a rest from my dumbbell workouts as its weekend and my darling hubby has been home. I have done 7,000 steps yesterday and 11,000 today so that's good enough.

I have mostly eaten sensibly, although perhaps have thrown in too many treats, need to plan a little better and keep my food diary up to date and be more mindful. I have a busy week with 2 appointments in the morning, at the same time, ooops and this week we are having our boiler replaced so it will be a stressful few days!

My Mum in Law seems to be enjoying sitting sat on the sofa alongside us each day and we have been doing well practising for how it will go when Chloe starts Uni in September.

I know my thoughts and activities are miniscule compared to the bomb Spark has dropped but thanks for reading. emoticon emoticon emoticon
