We all know that being positive is more beneficial to our overall health than being negative. And yet, it just seems like human nature to complain about things. So the next time you get ready to complain about having to climb stairs to get to your bedroom, or complain that your refrigerator is too small -- think about doing this:

That translates to being thankful you don't smoke (and I have NEVER smoked)
Being happy that you have a lovely pet that brings joy to your life!
Remember that God put beautiful things in our lives, just so we could enjoy them (the bird)
and last, but not least, is hearing a song that makes you smile or feel like dancing.

You see, thinking positive can be very easy, and if it makes you smile, that's great!

Our pets are very loyal friends that are always there for us. If I cry, my dog put's her paw on my arm as if to say, "it's going to be OK"

Music is international, even when you speak a different language you can still enjoy the same song. Some things have no barriers!

Are you a shopoholic? How easy is it to drive to your favorite clothing store and pick out a new blouse? You don't have to spend a lot, even a find at the thrift store can brighten your day.

I stopped by a friend's house a couple of days ago and was charmed to see a statue of a cat wearing glasses by her front door. And inside was a rendering of a happy kitty surrounded by flowers that read "WELCOME!" Let people know what you like, you'll find many people feel the same way!

Did this blog make you smile? I hope so and have a wonderful day!
