I have been struggling with trying to get my workouts in because I have started my physical therapy for my Menier's and it takes 3 days of my week and I can't go to the gym after wards because I have to use that time to recover. So I have figured out a schedule that I am going to try.
On Monday I will walk to the gym in the morning and do Water Aerobics and then in the afternoon, I will go to the gym and have my personal training session, Tuesday, since I have therapy in the afternoon, walk to the gym in the morning and do my workout from the personal trainer, Wednesday walk to the gym and do Water Aerobics, and physical therapy in the afternoon. Thursday will be Tuesday's schedule, and Friday I can go in the afternoon to do my workout. That give me 6 workout in a week.
