June 2021...Long-term Weight Goal Met this Morning

I slept better than a newborn last night. Raring to tackle whatever comes my way on today.

Stepped on the scale first thing (my usual) and saw my long-term goal of weight loss was met (165 lbs.) This time one year ago I was weighing 190 lbs. I knew my body had a loss of more inches when putting on another pair of skinny jeans which kept dropping down from my waistline and hips. It was the pair that I pulled out of my donate to charity bag last month. It felt good to see a scale victory and a non-scale victory.

Full plant-based eating agrees with 'me' it appears and I enjoy this way of eating, too. Adding exercise for fun and body physique transformation makes both a healthy combination.

Yesterday's macro and micronutrient stats (monthly challenges):
Water 40 of 40 ounces
Fiber 22 of 21 grams
Protein 58 of 61 grams

This morning's exercise is Pahla B Total Body Workout ("LOW IMPACT CARDIO💃, bodyweight STRENGTH💪, CORE work🍎, and of course, a little BALANCE practice🤸, too!").
