Weather: Rainy, wet and blah outside all day. Temps about 70 degrees with lots of humidity.
Wednesday's log: I had a really active day on Wednesday. I was up early around 6:00 and wrote in my morning pages. At 6:45 I couldn't wait any longer and left to go to Walmart. I was meeting my sister up there. The trip takes about an hour and a half on the bus. I got there about 7:50, but my sister wasn't picking me up until 9:00. I wandered that store looking for stuff on my list and struck out on all but one of the items I wanted in the electrical department. I picked up a new nonstick skillet for stir fries, I didn't have one the right size, some cookie sheets, and storage bins, and some needle threaders for my needle point project. Wandered around the store some more, and finally went outside to wait around 8:30 after checking out. I had my kindle with me so that wasn't too bad.
My sister picked me up at 9:00, and we loaded her back seat. Then we stopped at Hannaford's to pick up my groceries. Hannaford's has a program where you do your order on line, and someone shops for you and then you pick up at a certain time. I thought this way would be easier today since I had a lot of other errands to run. We picked up my groceries, and my sister brought me home after stopping at a couple of other places.
After all my purchases it took me 4 trips to get everything up from the car to my apartment. I have a cart which I use and it is a pretty big cart.
Put away my perishables first, and made sure they were all put away. Then I fixed myself a cup of iced coffee and sat down for a rest. I spent the rest of the day putting away the rest of my stuff and cleaning up my apartment.
