At this point, I'm about three weeks behind schedule on my weight loss. I have several major hurdles:
1) For the next month, I can't lift 30 pounds or more. I got surgery on my ear and he told me no.
2) For the next week or so, I'm going to be struggling because I had some glass slice up my foot, so no standard cardio. I need to find an alternative.
3) I'm eating more than I need. When I track, that becomes obvious. Even when I think I'm doing well, I often find myself off track.
Things I will do to get back on track:
1) Meal prep.
2) Drink more water.
3) Place convenient healthy snacks in convenient places.
As for the "Under Pressure" title, it's because my ear has a lot of pressure on it because packing from surgery. Hopefully, when they remove the surgical stuff (Monday), that pressure will disappear.
