Week May 17 to May 24 2021

My goals remain the same for this week: less than 1500 calories and 188 carbs.
This past week:
I ate less than 1500 on two days and less than 2000 on all days.
I ate less than 188 carbs on three days, but over on the remaining four.
I lost 1/2 pound this week which may just be how I stood on the scale today. I recorded it anyway.
I did more planning of my meals and shopped from my list. I feel I am gradually getting back to enjoying healthy eating. So not the best week, but certainly not the worst one.
