I have been at this for 4 days now. It's been a while since I've been this motivated to lose, and it feels good! I'm doing 18:6 intermittent fasting, so my window is between noon and 6. I've been tracking and planning all week. And today, I'm down 5.6 lbs! It's starting to level off, as expected, but I'm hoping to hit my first mini-goal this weekend, and drop my hundred's digit.
