Exercise 2

Since my last blog on my exercising, so far I've been doing bicep curls, squats, and yard work, general house cleaning, washing in a tub by hand everyday, and so far I've lost 5 lbs. I'm also eating and staying within my caloric allotment so far .Thanks to those of you who have encouraged me stay blessed and be safe
