My goals remain the same for this week: less than 1500 calories and 188 carbs.
This past week:
I did not eat less than 1500 calories or less than 188 carbs on any day.
I GAINED just over half a pound.
I did not track my food during the day. I did not plan my meals. I did not review the restaurant menus prior to going. These three things are key to my weight loss. I have successfully done this in the past and will start again today.
