LOST 4 lbs. This Week and A-C-T-I-V-E is the WEIGH to GO!

Well, what a week! I BROKE my 3 week PLATEAU this week and lost a lb. and then by the end of the week,lost 3 MORE lbs. without SlimFast or pills or special diets! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
How is this possible ? Anyone who reads the Community Feed will tell you~That woman is a gardener!! The old-fashioned hard -working kind. {Is there any other?]. I have been working in my veggie garden and as most of you saw last Mother's Day weekend~my flower gardens [there are 6!]. The veggie garden is now finished! YAY! ~25'x40' ~but will save photos for another day. emoticon
I was listening to Sparkguy on Sparkcoach yesterday and he said "get a mantra." Well, I have an acronym I worked out that explains my journey on SP that keeps me going and is essentially what I do:
A=Always moving !!!
C=Cannot lose sight of my GOAL.
T=Takes time {I will lose another 3 lbs. by the end of this month & will be at goal by 2022.
I=I HAVE to be on SP every day,logging Food & Fitness;if I don't ,wt.gain is close behind!
V=Veggies & Very Hydrated !!!
E=Exercise daily~I live on a farm , so, lifting weights and working out are more or less outdoors with 50 lb.bags of food for the ducks, weeding,walking the dog daily on the property.
I hope any of this information has helped and I wish all of you SP members,SP friends and visitors alike to the Sparkpeople website a great journey to your goals,whatever they may be.
And ~ a shout out to 5% Challenges~ THEY WORK! I have LOST 6 lbs. so far on the Spring Challenge and plan to lose more in the last 2 weeks! Don't give up! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
