Happy Thursday!

It has been a long day and I am so ready to go to bed, but it's still just a little bit early...

I had a hard time getting to sleep last night and it honestly wasn't because my brain wouldn't shut down. It was more that my body didn't want to. Does that make sense? I couldn't keep my eyes open, but sleep was elusive. I finally fell completely asleep after 1:00 and the alarm woke me up at 5:00. I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. I took my shower, made the bed and got the boys up. Matthew is done at school, but he is still giving a friend a ride every morning. Good grief.

Once they were out the door I got the dishes washed, then half dusted the dining room and vacuumed the carpet. I did wash a load of towels also. That was about all the energy that I had. I watched last night's episodes of S.W.A.T. and Chicago PD, then switched over to Chicago Med (season 4 - trying to get caught up) for a few episodes.

The really annoying thing about today was that I had to go rehearse with the middle school choirs. They drive me crazy enough as it is, but being extra tired today I don't know how I made it through without screaming! Oh my...

I had to make a stop at the drug store on my way home. Now I'm just counting down the time until I can go to bed. I just want to sleep....

Goals:
1. Nutrition: okay
2. Fitness: Day 46 - Lift & Shift: Mobility Moves Wind Down - skipped the optional cardio for the day since I didn't have the energy
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; did some reading; phone/computer time was okay.

Tomorrow - grocery shopping and ??? I'll have to see. I'm sure that I still have a little bit of cleaning that I should do, but we'll see.
