Day 16: Back on Track

I'm back on track this morning. I started the day with a protein drink and a good workout. I weighed in and my weight is down and my measurements have decreased. So inflammation and bloating is starting to go down. I'm starting to feel more ambitious and motivated, too. I feel I'm doing good right now and despite the mild setbacks I'm ready to get back on track and start moving forward again. In my experience there is always setbacks along the way. It's just a matter of whether you let them derail all your progress or if you turn things around before that happens.
Eating High Quality Foods: I have plenty of high quality foods stocked up atm. I made sure to get plenty of snacks and foods that were quick and easy to prepare. I haven't felt much like cooking lately so it's easier for me to just make convenient quick foods.
Accurately Measure & Track Food: I'm back to tracking. It is helping me to see where I need to improve. I do definitely need to cut back on sodium. I've been too high there lately so that's something to work on.
Drink at least 64 ounces of water: Also need to start drinking more water and cut back a bit on coffee.
Non-Scale Victory: My biggest nonscale victory lately is getting back in the habit of working out. I had missed so many days of working out there for a while and it took a special effort to get myself back in the habit.
Fitness: Exercise is going well again. I got in some yoga this morning. I am having to do much gentler workouts right now because of my ribs but it's going well.
Sleep: Sleep is going fairly well. I still tend to fight sleep, but once I get to sleep, I sleep pretty well.
Quit Progress: Smoking is going okay. Still smoking a bit more than I'd like, but keeping it within okay parameters.
Meditation: Hoping to get back to meditation today.
Inflammation/Bloat/Weight Loss: Weight is down a bit and bloating/inflammation starting to go down.
Feeling more motivated and ambitious today and ready to move forward.
