Today was a great day for eating really healthy.

Had lots of raw veggies and a breakfast oatmeal cookie for breakfast.

Lunch was stir fry veggies, sweet potato and a bean burger I made last month and froze the extras.

Dinner was hummus, marinated onions,tomatoes and cucumbers in fresh homemade whole wheat tortillas, and fruit.
