Against my goals of less than 1500 calories and 188 carbs, this week I:
I ate less than 1500 3 days, less than 2000 1 day, and over 2000 the other 3 days.
I ate less than 188 carbs on 6 days and over on 1 day.
I lost zero pounds this week.
This might be because I gave myself permission to enjoy the Mother's Day brunch with no regard to anything but enjoying the company of my family. However, this was the day before weight day. Well, we shall see next week.
