🌤️. 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, marching, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, 1 min 20 sec plank, and walk. 11,000+ steps. Today was a great day got lots done. Calories are good. Did not change anything that was planned. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow may rain. Going to Mom's to get her ready for Zoom church and then in the af we are going to my brother's for Mother's Day BBQ. Not sure will get all my workouts done but will have time for some of it. If it doesn't rain maybe my nephew's will play outside. The trick will be to remember to track it.
