Week April 26 to May 2 2021

I just saw my "weight over time" chart for the past year. I realized I had actually gained weight during this year instead of losing it. It seems like such a waste. It also makes me more aware of how easy it is to keep saying that I will be more mindful tomorrow. It also helps make me more determined to learn a new approach to food that allows for health as well as enjoyment. Just one day at a time.
My goals are to keep each day below 1500 calories and 188 carbs. For this week:
Under 1500 calories for 4 days and under 2000 all 7.
Under 188 carbs for 6 days.
I lost 4.5 pounds this week.
