Starting off on the right foot. Today I rode the recumbent bike for 20 minutes and then Keoni & I went for a walk. another 25 minutes. Today's total 45 minutes!!! Steps 7839!!!

Stuck to my menu plan.

Breakfast
waffle with berries and dollop of whip cream

Lunch
veggie chili, veggie melody, high fiber wrap

Dinner
beef stew, mexican style veggies, high fiber wrap

Snack
green salad with nuts, apple, cabbage, cheese, and dressing

Snack 2
ice cream sandwich TOTAL CALORIES 1160
