I had a bad attitude this morning... I really think it was because I hadn’t gone for a walk/run in a couple of days. Yoga is good but my body is craving the aerobic exercise. What a change!! I used to crave sitting on my butt, watching TV. We grocery shopped, then unpacked everything even before the elders came out of their room (my in-laws live with us)... they were amazed by how quickly we accomplished it. I decided I was tired of hearing everyone complain about the pantry being messy and unorganized, so I offered to help. Got that done, moved some of that stuff to the hall closet (which also got organized), and moved some of little Do’s stuff from the hall closet to his room (which ALSO got organized). All in an hour and 15 minutes 🙌🏻 THEN I went for my walk... which I think was a mistake because I was sweating immediately and decided to stop after 2 laps of the subdivision (2.06 miles) because I could feel how hot I was getting. Had a Skype appointment at 3, and ended up laying my sweaty butt down in bed for a 2 hour nap (unusual these days... must have needed it!) Gotta change the sheets now for sure and febreeze the mattress, otherwise the world will fall into anarchy 😂 Tried adding lemon to my water this evening- going to keep that going for a while! Very refreshing 😊
