Spring Update

I sure haven’t been very focused this Spring. Recommitting to making better choices today and setting some goals to hold myself accountable. Workout - 3-4 days / week Food - Track and stick to it to ensure I’m burning more than I’m consuming daily. Get enough lean protein in. Water - 1/2 my body weight in ounces /day I can do this!! B 36.5 W 32.5 H 39.5 T 20.5 C 14.5 Weight - (in jeans) 156.8

    My wanting to lose a few pounds is more about trying to be as healthy as I can be as I get older, rather than, losing the weight just to look better. Being fit makes me stronger physically and mentally and therefore much happier!!
