How did a week go by??
Just 1 more week till next shot - woot!
So tired of being scared of being outside my house or with people that aren't as careful as i!
Will be grand to be vaccinated so i can't be a carrier and others can't infect me!
Kicking up my vitamin/immune regime starting tomorrow!
Snowed today - sigh. Will be 70's - 80's next week.
Yes, making sure to track my food and drink my water!
Stay in range:
yes. trying to up my calorie intake to me in the higher range!
Make/Find Me time:
dod some pod cast listening while i worked on a complicated problem at work, after the day was over and made dinner rolls to have with our lovely soup!
Do Extra exercise:
not today - nearly a white out with the snow storm
Drink Green/any tea:
drank some great tea today
got through 2.25 - 32 ounce bottles
Goals for today:
my sleeping brain found a great option for one of my slides in my presentation. woot.
Next up re-read some notes from my fav books
Prep dinner for tomorrow and one more for the freezer!

refresh my presentation one more time

warm tea and head on a snowy cloudy day
tomato tortellini soup with home made dinner rolls
having dinner for tomorrow prepped!

I have the ability to figure out how to pre-prep meals in my own way! Not how other do it, but it works for me!
