Chapter 38, Day 36

I haven't blogged in a while. Having achieved my second milestone to lose 25#, it was time to halt my accelerated program, and replace it with a more sustainable, lifestyle type of plan that could endure the ages. My body has made the transition without a weight gain. Re-tooling now for a weight loss goal that will enable me to reach my next milestone, but at a much slower pace.
