My Weight Loss Book

Thursday, April 15, 2021

I while back I decided that I was not going to gain any more weight (lol) and that 252 lbs. was the highest I was ever going to be. But what could I do to make sure this did not happen? I thought about it a long time and I read articles and decided that for me to succeed I should have a book showing my weight loss. That way I could look through it and see how far I have come.

I went online and bought a scrapbooking book, a bunch of patches and stickers. I was set! I started my book on June 7, 2020 and I was 250 lbs. (already lost two pounds). This is the page I created at that time.

I thought I would do a page every month or every 5 lbs. or something like that, but my body is so stubborn and it is so hard for me to lose weight. I decided just to make a new page when I had time and to make sure I was down at least 1 lb. since the last time I created a page.

My second page looks like this --- My 49th Birthday – 246 lbs. – down 4 lbs. since the start of my book. Here is that page:

I did not get to create another page until December 31st of 2020 and by that time I was down to 241 lbs. – 9 lbs. since the beginning of my book. Here is that page:

That is the last page I have created but I am getting ready to do another page because I am currently 238 lbs. and ready to put it in the records. Hopefully I will get that done over the weekend.

This book has truly been inspirational to me, I love looking over the pages and to physically see how far have come – no matter how slowly I am moving forward – I am still moving forward!

Thanks for taking time to look at my blog / book!

Debbie
