Well, my weekly stats aren't very good again this week, but they're better than last week! And today I biked to/from work and did a lower intensity dance workout since I missed my walk, so I'm on the right track! I also got a bit under my calorie goal. I'm determined to see a loss this week!!
It's funny, I had a good day at work and that translated into so much motivation to make my workout today good too! I need to sort out what's going on with my project since I think it's been impacting my motivation quite a bit...
