I think I need to update my calorie goal since even with today's very respectable zone minutes I didn't hit my goal. I've been burning less in general this month and I'm not entirely sure why. I haven't changed my habits much... Regardless, today I met my goals so I'm feeling good! A walk + 40 mins dancing (I needed to get over that lazy feeling!) and I stayed in my calorie range as well.
I'm a little concerned that my shoulder was feeling a little off, but I haven't been doing my physio exercises for it, so that was probably inevitable... I'll try to get more consistent with those again since right now I'm just doing them instead of the Fitbit exercises that I don't like (I'm not inflexible at why am I so bad at inchworms?! And no matter how many times I tell the app it's too easy, I keep getting wall rotators and floor sides!)
