Sedentary and Active

It's no secret - I prefer sedentary activities.
BUT ...
This human body needs activity to keep it humming. Use it or lose it.
Today, I wanted to work on a jigsaw puzzle.
I made myself a bargain - for every 20 pieces I put in, I needed to walk a mile.
It's a tough puzzle.
The bargain changed to every 10 pieces.
My first walk started at 10:50; my last one began at 5:40. I got over 5 miles in!
I'm still catching up miles missed because of rainy days this week.
Well, at least the living room got vacuumed when I didn't walk in the rain!
