5% week one review

I am feeling happy with my progress for the first week of the 5% challenge this spring. I have been getting in daily walks most days and have been incorporating some strength and stretching which is new for me.

After my daughter's visit the week before Easter and Easter itself, I got right back on track for my whole food plant-based eating and have been enjoying healthy snacks so that it good also.

We'll see what the scale reflects tomorrow, but no matter what the scale says, I feel positive.
