It’s week 14 since the firs of the year... weigh in day!!
Goal: lose 1 pound per week
Starting weight: 218.6
Today’s weigh in: 202.8
Ahead of the game 🙌🏻
There were 2 weeks where I was behind, so I’m pretty excited to see that my pace is sustainable and successful! Eating better, really thinking about what it means to eat bad food before I eat it, adjusting portion sizes (and being surprised when I actually do feel satisfied when I thought I would still be hungry), avoiding late night snacking, STILL NO CIGARETTES IN 2021!
I feel good, I’m proud, and I’m excited to see what else I can do- not done yet! Haven’t even started weight training, I feel like that’s going to set my metabolism on fire 🔥💪🏻
