Chapter 38, Day 22 ... Spring Challenge 5% Week 1 Start

Re-focusing on Plan. Working with a trainer was interesting today. Mostly, it was an introduction to the gym machines that will help me to advance my goals. After the session was over, I went back and finished my cardio and strength training for today. I am quite tired and am thinking I will re-consider when I will have a session, as I think 4 sessions -- one every other day -- will be too much for me. Trainer believes I am not eating enough daily calories. I don't doubt that as I was on an accelerated plan for the first 25# of weight loss and now will ease back to something more moderate. Trainer said it takes a long time to get rid of "batwings;" it will take more than a year, first by having less body fat and then by toning up -- there isn't a lot of tricep muscle to develop overall. Sigh.....
Spring 5% 2021 Challenge begins today! I've re-committed and am focused!
