Week One of Spring 5% challenge includes drinking lots of water

I think having a "Do" as opposed to a "Do Not" this first week of the challenge could be a way that I personally start off with some success.
Here is part of the description from one of our team challenge threads.:
"Spread drinks of water throughout the day, especially before and during meals [...] Add a glass of water each time you eat, like an extra course. It’s common to confuse thirst with hunger.[...].
[...] a life hack tip - drinking 2 cups of water before meals can make you lose an average of 4.5 more pounds within 12 weeks.
Record all exercise minutes. . DAILY MAXIMUM 120 exercise minutes/miles.
Scoring: 1 minute of exercise = 1 air mile

Glasses of Water: 8
Team Exercise 85 + 45 = 130
Team Glasses of Water 55 + 8 = 63
Edited Addendum: Aha I score one point for each 250 mls. That will be easier to track than ounces for me. I have plenty of water filled up for the first half of my day.
Each 8 ounces = 1 glass/cup = 250 ml = 1 point (no fractions)
