SUMMARY End of March and End of Quarter - and NEW GOALS POSTED

Happy to say I've got something to show for these SMART GOALS!
(I just reedited this blog with my weight from the morning of April 1st and recalculated my goal weights AND updated my SparkPage where the goals are always listed.)

Total weight loss in March was 6.2 lbs (just above my mid-range target goal!)
Total weight loss for Jan through March was 20.7 lbs! (almost mid way between my mid-range and high range target goal for the quarter!)

Here's my NEW GOALS for APRIL and for APRIL-JUNE and for the 2021 5% CHALLENGE:

MID RANGE GOAL (ONE MONTH AT A TIME):
APRIL (NEW STARTING WT: 214.8)
Lose 1-2 lbs per week.
TARGET GOALS:
High Goal: 8 lbs (206.8); Mid Goal: 6 lbs (208.8); Low Goal: 4 lbs (210.8)

2021 SPRING 5% CHALLENGE: (8 WEEK CHALLENGE APRIL 3 - MAY 29)
STARTING WEIGHT: 214.8
5%: 10.7 lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 204.1

LONG(ER) RANGE GOAL (QUARTERLY):
APRIL - JUNE (starting weight 214.8) (12 WEEKS)
Lose 1-2 lbs per week.
High Goal: 24.0 lbs (190.8) Mid Goal: 18.0 lbs (196.8) Low Goal: 12.0 lbs (202.8)

Now that I ought to have a bit more free time in a few weeks after my state exam - I should be able to get back to more exercise time instead of spending all my free time cramming factoids into my brain. Hopefully that might help peel off an extra pound or two each month! If only studying helped burn calories....
