Preparing for April Success

Today it was time to do some tasks to help ensure April starts out as good as possible.
~Finished March with a good day: hit water, diet & fitness goals
~Completed enough tasks from to-do list
~Printed my April Intentions check list.
~Did some housekeeping on my Spark Page
~Prepped tons of raw veggies
~Created 30 day April SparkChallenges (#eattherainbow, #moveit, #h2whoa)
~Researched Recipes and made a general list of Meal Plan ideas
Every month, every week, every day and every hour are new chances to make good choices. I am optimistic that April will be a month of smart decisions and therefore also a month of progress towards my health and fitness goals!
