Yesterday started a week of recovery in my CrossFit gym, so the "WOD" included a mile run. I'm not much of a runner, so was the last one in, but I'm OK with that! I did the mile in around 11:40, slower than I have run, but not my slowest! I figure if I'm under 12 minutes it's a win!

I think I'm going to up my fitness game a little, while still listening to my body, getting older (I'm 57) there are all the aches and pains that come with aging, and this body does not recover like a 20 year old would. (or even a 40 year old!). So I will add some jogging into my walking routine, start to push the weights and bar work at CrossFit a bit, and increase my confidence and endurance.
