Nut Flours to Nut Butter?

Sunday, March 28, 2021

I admit it - I am a "Peanut Butter Addict"

Ok, I accumulated various Nut Flours and Coconut Flour.

I'm interested in how to turn this into a Nut/Coconut Butter? I used hot water last night and it was doable - better if I added a serving of real peanut butter.

So - has anyone tried converting Nut Flours into Nut Butters?

**Edited: I came up with this combination:
1.5 tbsp Kraft Jet-Puffed Mallow Bits, Mini, Vanilla
1 tsp Coconut Milk Powder, Native Forest
2 tbsp Mixed Nut Flour, Walnut-Pecan-Cashew
2 Tablespoon PBFit All-Nat PB Powder, 2 TBL/16gr
20 grams Peanut Butter, Members Mark Natural Creamy
1.5 Tablespoons M&M's Mini, 2 TBL = 25 grams

Unfortunately, never tried making my own. Good luck. I do use PB2 as well (powdered peanut butter)

It has to be doable, tho I haven't tried but they have that PB powder and it can be reconstituted. We are the ultra peanut butter addicts here. My german shepherd loves it, my 2 sons and myself, we go through a large jar in about 3 weeks. I buy mass quantities at Costco. LOL
