Planned - I planned for today.

Reflections - I have been reflecting on the short and long term positive and negative impacts of my actions, as well as on my feelings and thoughts. My take-away is the following: binge-like behavior has more risks on the psychological end than it does on the weight loss or weight maintenance end. As long as I am accepting of myself, I believe I can get back on track. This method of writing and reflecting in 10 day chunks is working so far. When I've done the equivalent in the past, it also worked. It provided me some calendar markers, event markers, and highlighted things that this approach does not. On the other hand, this approach is not overly time consuming. I may look at some more tools on the site (e.g. adding other goals?) and consider whether any modifications would help for the next 10 days.

Successes - Tracked yesterday. Planned today. Took a nice walk yesterday. And note - this is happening during quarantining:) I am very proud that I am coping with a potential Covid exposure and keeping it in perspective:)
