I'm back again

Well, it's been roughly 4 years since my last weight loss attempt. I fell off the wagon and gained back all of the weight I had lost...again. I thought Paleo was the answer to my problems, but my food addiction won in the end.
About a month ago, I came across a Pinterest post (https://www.pinterest.com/pin
/25543922877200838) where someone shared a self-care checklist they made. It really gave me a wake up call and got me thinking about just how much I neglect myself. I decided at that time to make my own checklist. So far it has helped keep me accountable and on task. I've also added in intermittent fasting (16:8) around 5 days per week, exercising 5 days per week, and journaling. SP obviously helps me too. All of the resources and support SP offers is amazing. That is why I keep coming back anytime I start a weight loss journey.
I have struggled with weight my entire life, so I hope I can stick this. It feels different this time. I feel more in charge. I think a big reason why, is because I'm not restricting the foods I eat. I'm just focusing on taking better care of myself.
