March Goal

Another blog this morning motivated me to state 1 thing I need to change.

The past few weeks I haven't prepared as well as I could for what I was eating on a day to day basis.
I work away from my home 4-5 days a week. I'm pretty good about making lunches from leftovers in advance. I do have access to a cafeteria and cafe in my workplace, but that works against me sometimes. I also have "helpful" coworkers that like to bring treats to share (definitely works against me).

Today I grabbed a previously forgotten baggie of celery and radishes from the frig. I remembered what a good thing it is for me to have healthy snacks close at hand. I've satisfied my urge to chew, have consumed less than 50 calories and not a smidge of hunger noted.

Note to self: Goal for March...make more baggies of healthy snacks that I can grab & go.
