🌤️. 3 of 15 modified push-ups, 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, walk X3, and marching in place. 16,000+ steps. Today was a great day. Took mom's cat to the vet. All good there just had to loosen her collar. Walked to the vets but took cab back to mom's. Since I carried the cat for 45 mins decided to skip my plank. Maybe will do it tomorrow since Wednesday is rest day. Calories are great. 12 cups of water. Tomorrow go back to mom's to clean and take down her Christmas decorations with my son. Plan to also get my workouts done tomorrow. I know from experience that cleaning day at mom's can be hard to get my steps. But I will do my best. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥!
