13th Successful No Night Eating - But Weight Loss was False Reads

The good news is that I have another successful no night eating under my belt. Not so good news is that the weight loss shown in last two days were false reads as my body does not want to let go of any lbs no matter how good my calorie intake is.

Saying goodbye to February so soon, and hello to March, I'm still deciding what challenge I will start. I think I may add something each day, like core exercises. That's going to be hard to stick to, but I will try.
