good morning- just got back from Whole Foods. I have been watching a show on NETFLIX about aging. I have given up Pasta and bread due to trying to lose weight. This program said the high protein diets that the US does are not necessarily good for one to lose weight. Too much protein, which your body can not handle. I love Pasta but do not eat it. I am adding it back to my food plan. Pasta is part of my heritage. I am going to do the Mediterranean diet. Carbs are not bad. It is the quality of your food which is the most important. I am also going to eat my main meal at noon- like most of the world. Have a good day!! emoticon emoticon
