It's been an interesting day, at least on the homefront.
I woke up a little before the alarm, not too much before, but still. I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. Upper body today - feeling it tonight. I took my shower and then got dishes put away before fixing breakfast and waking the boys up. I really wish Matthew would get back into the habit of getting himself up.
Anyway, after the bickering and fighting that happens every.single.morning... they headed to school and I did get the bed made and the dishes washed before I needed to head out.
Rehearsal with AMS went well. I came home and did get one load of laundry washed and dried and a second load in the washer then it was time to head back for choir. Rehearsal went fine, the issue happened at the end of class (had nothing to do with choir, it has to do with my two knot-headed teenagers). I won't go into a lot of detail, because it's not really something I want to share too much about - basically Jacob (the younger) is in a sense bullying Matthew and Matthew is doing his best to ignore and not react (he must save it for home though) and that just causes Jacob and his friends to make it worse. It's mostly words and it is stuff that Jacob has said at home. Matthew has just reached his breaking point, which has me reaching my breaking point. Just say a prayer for all of us. I am hoping to enjoy the next few months as Matthew finished his senior year and gets ready to leave for college, but it's getting harder and harder with the issues between them.
Anyway, I did work on my puzzle a little bit
I filled in a few little holes and started on a few of the roofs - helped that they were red.
1. Nutrition: pretty good.
2. Fitness: 10 Rounds: Lift Upper Body
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; finished a book and worked on my puzzle; phone/computer time was okay.
Tomorrow - I have the morning at home then it's rehearsals at the middle school and picking Jacob up after school. The day will end with the Lenten Service - we do Holden Evening Prayer every year and I just love it, plus it gives me more time to play the piano!
