202.6 Day 4 Stat bike with Mr. Kim / AF

Threw together a hog poge of 10 easy exercises to get it done. Did stat bike for 30 min with two bars of resistance.
Not much but enough to claim persistence to my goal! No cheating no skimping, no giving in to tiredness.
I realized over the weekend when I was doing a 12 pound barbell exercise how easy some of the maneuvers were that had made me concentrate on getting them done in the past. I have increased strength and lost pounds during this pandemic year.
