Tuesday and working from the new house

Yesterday I packed more than would fit comfortably in the car, but that's OK - it's packed and it will all get there eventually. Better to have stuff packed and waiting than to make the trip with a half-empty car.

I also stopped on the way at the lamp store in Belvedere and picked up the lamp I had left to be fixed - the one that was blowing breakers. I think they charged an awful lot for what they told me they did, so I probably won't bother making that drive next time I need a lamp fixed, I will just take it to the nice Swedish gentleman at the local lamp store. Well, I did take one lamp to him, but it needed much more done.

Amazingly, it is still above freezing even when I got up this morning. High today expected to be 40F and low tonight of 33F - again, above freezing.
