. This is like the 6th alteration to this feeder and no matter how hard my husband tries to outsmart the squirrel it is bound and determined to get food no matter the risk. I think we have the fattest one in the neighborhood and it eats more than calories it burns. It’s fun and cheap entertainment as it jumps, leaps, climbs, runs, and each fall doesn’t discourage it but it keeps on trying. We too eat food that is not safe, we go to great measures to obtain it, jeopardizing our health for the satisfaction of having it, and always going back for more. Never being satisfied with what we have but wanting that next best thing we might be missing out on. Covid has made us more aware, conscientious, as we’ve taken a step back to focus on what really matters. We didn’t need our escape of the movie theater, restaurants, concerts, and the treat once a week. Now we find our peace in Finding contentment daily.
